It's been a couple of weeks since my last blog post. I have been trying to come to terms with what to say, if I should continue to write about & promote jewelry during a time of such uncertainly & real pain in the world. I don’t know for sure what the right answer is, but I know that I want to stay connected with you in some way through the eyes of seeing more beauty & good in the world.
I came across this quote by famous fashion icon Coco Chanel. A women who continues to be an empowering female role model & remains a force for many of us in so many ways. It resonated with me immediately.

Sometimes it’s hard to show up on a good day let alone on the difficult ones. I've decided though that I will get up & show up. Some days will be better than others. I can’t guarantee that I will always "dress up”, even though I should, but - I will never give up!
I think it’s O.K. to look at beautiful things to distract & inspire us. I think it’s totally appropriate to spend money on yourself & others at any given time to enrich life with beautiful things. Don’t feel guilty - just be grateful. Do whatever it takes for your own wellbeing so that you can show up in the best way you know how to give your gifts to the world.
